Reservations & Check in

You must be 21+ to book and check in.
The name on the reservation is the one that receives the keys.

Check-in begins at 4pm.
If you arrive early, we’ll hold your bags.

A valid government-issued ID is required.
Rates may change, but once you book, there are no hidden fees.

The Rooms

Most rooms are designed for two.
Double Double rooms can host up to four.

This isn’t about fitting more people.
It’s about keeping the space feeling right.

Check-out

Before 11am.

‍

We can store your luggage during the day,
but not overnight.

‍

Anything left behind may not be recovered.

‍

Your Responsibility

If something is damaged during your stay,
we’ll fix it and charge the card on file.

Third-party Bookings

If you booked elsewhere,
handle changes through that platform.Each one has its own rules.

Airbnb

Full refund within 48 hours (if 14+ days before stay) 50% refund up to 7 days before
No refunds after that.

Guest Portal

After booking, you’ll receive a text.
Inside it, a link to verify your identity.

It’s quick. And it’s how you get your key.

Respect the Space

No parties in the rooms.

‍

Not because we don’t like them,
but because this place already has its own rhythm.

Smoking

This is a smoke-free space.
 A $150 cleaning fee applies if not respected.

Deliveries

Food stays in the lobby.
You come get it.

We don’t store mail or packages.

Parking

No on-site parking.

Street parking and nearby garages are available, depending on the city, not us.

Cancellation

We offer two types of stays:

Non-refundable
Locked in. No changes after 24 hours.
No refunds for early departures.

Standard / Alley Bird
Flexible. Cancel up to 7 days before check-in.
After that, no changes or refunds.
